INTRODUCING THE NEW SUPERDOTS ROLLER
The SuperDot roller aids in the application of SuperDots either as a single dot or as a continuous row of dots. The SuperDot roller will apply all five taks.
Superdots are ideal for thousands of mailing, finishing, assembly and packaging applications. Each initial order includes a patented box stand and single dot applicator.
Superdots are a pre extruded pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive that is formed onto a custom developed release liner. Roll lengths vary from 1000 dots upwards to our standard roll size of 5000 dots.
Superdots are manufactured from only the finest raw materials, with quality in mind. They conform to FDA approval 175.105 and 175.300, and are suitable for use within food areas and indirect food contact.

Superdots are available in 5 standard grades; Easy Tak, Easy-Mid Tak, Mid Tak, Ultra Tak and Vertical Hold.

SuperDots are used in a variety of industries from Print Finishers, Contract Packers, Direct Mail and other companies which use or can use adhesive dots are General Packaging and Product Assembly. They are primarily used for attaching items (CD's, free samples, flyers etc.) to magazines and other promotional literature.
SuperDots increase productivity for the Contract Packer or Print Finisher as the bond is instant and they are produced in their own dispensing box removing the need for expensive hot melt glue machinery
